Benefits of the Wattsmart Battery Program:

• Rebate: Receive a rebate when you enroll a qualifying battery system (sent to you after system installation). Requires 4-year commitment.

• Ongoing Bill Credits: Earn ongoing credits on your electricity bill for participating in the program ($15/kW per year).

• Optimize Solar Energy: Enhance the efficiency of your solar energy usage by storing excess power.

• Environmental Contribution: Play a role in creating a healthier environment by supporting renewable energy integration.

Incentives and Eligibility: Incentives are based on the battery's output capacity in kilowatts (kW):

• Residential Customers: Incentives are calculated at $600 per kW, with a cap of $3,000 per battery and a limit of two batteries per household.

• Commercial Customers: Incentives are based on $600 per kW up to 30 kW. Batteries greater than 30 kW require pre-approval and an incentive offer letter.

1. Consultation: Contact Sunpath Services to evaluate your current solar setup and discuss compatible battery storage options.

2. Selection: We will help you select the type and quantity of batteries that meet your needs.

3. Application: We will assist you in preparing for the Wattsmart Battery Program application.

4. Installation: Our certified technicians will install and integrate the battery with your existing solar system.

5. Enjoy Benefits: Begin enjoying the financial incentives and enhanced energy independence.

 6.  Submit the application for participation. The incentive check will be issued after Pacific Power system testing and confirmation.
